John Hepner has been serving the accounting needs of businesses and individuals in the greater Philadelphia area since 1981. He is a Certified Tax Professional, with expertise in preparing Federal, State and Local tax returns resulting in clients paying the lowest legal amount of tax. - And his success record in tax court is 100%!

Real Estate Investment Experience

John has in-depth experience in Real Estate Investment both as a business and tax advisor, and as an investor himself. He spent 10 years as part of a team that audited Public Housing Authorities and Section 8 Programs. He has been a member of Diversified Investor Group (DIG) since 1981 and also a past President of DIG.

His real estate investments have included suburban rentals, low income city housing, and single family home rentals in Philadelphia and suburbs. An investor in NJ shore properties since 1997, he put together a successful group to buy an apartment building and take it to condo in Wildwood Crest, with a 74% return to investors in 2 years.

He has bought tax lien certificates, bought and sold notes, properties "Subject To", and properties with installment sales and seller financing. He has examined and evaluated hundreds of investment properties in the past 35 years for himself and others. In the decade of the 2000's he bought and sold 35 properties at the Jersey shore.
